Cancellation Policy

If you are 15 minutes or more late, some of your selected services may not be fully rendered. If you have to cancel your appointment for any reason, please provide a 24 hour notice. If you do not show up for appointment, provide a 24 hour notice, or cancel the same day, you will be charged 90% of your service. Amount charged is non-transferable. Last minute service changes cannot be made same day. Initial service fee will still apply if requested service charge is less than new service change. If your card declines for a no show fee or last minute cancellation, the amount will be added to your rescheduled appointment or online booking may be disabled for all future services.
